From Minnesota Secretary of State email, published Jan. 15: Minnesota’s Drug Formulary has two openings for pharmacists in 2022, as well as a seat for a licensed healthcare professional and a seat for a physician. Applications are due on Jan.22.
Application forms are available online, or downloadable and must be submitted by Saturday, Jan. 22 to be assured of full consideration by the appointing authority. Appointing authorities may choose to review applications received by the Secretary of State after that date. Applicants should include the following documents:
