From Minnesota Department of Health email, published April 6:The Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) is gathering information about the delivery of asthma self-management education (ASME) by health professionals across the state. If you or others in your pharmacy provide this service, please complete a short survey to help MDH better understand where ASME is being provided, who provides ASME, tools and resources available, and gaps and barriers to providing ASME. The survey closes on April 27.
