From Pharmacy Practice News, May 21: Medical marijuana is legal in more than 30 states (including Minnesota), but many practicing pharmacists are unfamiliar with how to manage patients using the substance and may be uncomfortable doing so. At the 2019 Hematology/Oncology Pharmacy Association annual meeting, Lisa M. Holle, PharmD, an associate clinical professor at the University of Connecticut School of Pharmacy, shared information for various indications for medical marijuana and cannabidiol oil relevant to the oncology setting.
