The Minnesota Department of Human Services has released a statewide request for proposal (RFP) for the Opioid State Targeted Response grant. Up to $4.29 million will be distributed through federal fiscal year 2018. Proposals are due by April 28 at 4 p.m. This is an expedited timeline to meet grant requirements from the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration.
