MPhA Wants You to Join the Board of Directors It is that time of year again! Elections for the MPhA

It is that time of year again! Elections for the MPhA Board of Directors are fast approaching. The Nominations Committee is currently looking for any MPhA member who is interested in joining the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors serves as the governing body of MPhA and is responsible for the ultimate direction of the management of the organization’s work.

Currently the Board meets on the fourth Wednesday of each month from 3-4 p.m. with quarterly extended Board meetings from 1:30-4 p.m. There typically is a strategic planning retreat in late spring/early summer. Current open positions for 2022-2023:

• President-Elect
• Speaker of the House
• Vice Speaker of the House
• Rural Board Member
• Member at Large (4 open positions in 2022-2023)
