MPhA Executive Director Sarah Derr, PharmD, provided comments related to rules governing pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) licensure and regulation during a public hearing on Sept. 20.
The Minnesota Department of Commerce has proposed rules governing PBM licensing, regulation and transparency reporting for Minnesota Statutes 2019, Chapter 62W. Following the hearing, the Commerce Department will take comments until Oct. 4 at 4:30 p.m., with a rebuttal time frame from Sept. 28 until Oct. 4, if you would like to reply to any other organization’s comments.
