From National Community Pharmacists Association, March 2: The National Community Pharmacists Association (NCPA), the Arkansas Pharmacists Association (APA), the American Pharmacists Association (APhA), the National Alliance of State Pharmacy Associations (NASPA) and every state pharmacy association in the U.S. have filed an amicus brief supporting states' rights to regulate pharmacy benefit managers (PBM) ahead of the landmark case, Rutledge v. the Pharmaceutical Care Management Association, set to be heard by the Supreme Court on April 27, 2020. Attorneys General from 44 states, including Minnesota, also signed on to the brief. Read the full news release.
