The Minnesota Legislature adjourned on May 23. MPhA’s Public Affairs Committee continues to read through bills that were passed and signed to understand the possible impact on pharmacy practice. Gov. Many bills — including a bonding bill — did not pass one or both houses of the legislature. Some legislative leaders are calling for a special session to deal with bonding and perhaps a transportation bill. Gov. Dayton has not yet indicated whether he will call a special session.
