Last week in Small Doses, we told you about the University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy’s student team being named a finalist for the 2015 Good Neighbor Pharmacy Pruitt-Schutte Student Business Plan Competition held by the National Community Pharmacists Association (NCPA). This week, we have the team member names and a photo: Ben Dresow, Candy Huong, Derek Borkowski, Kailene Perry, David Vermeulen, Peter Nguyen, Jake Heggem, Max Thompson, Ena Wei, Amanda Wurderman, Daniel Lau, Joe Vuicich, Wilson Lau, Jonathan Pin and Kelci Marzahn. The team will present its business plan in a national competition at the NCPA Annual Meeting, October 10-13 in Washington, D.C. Congratulations to the team for its achievements and for reflecting Minnesota pharmacy’s leadership legacy.
