AADE-MN and MPhA Collaborative Continuing Education and Networking Meeting
November 10, 2016

We are pleased to offer this new opportunity for quality education and networking with other health care professionals. Our partners, the Minnesota Chapter of the American Association of Diabetes Educators are primarily Registered Nurses and Dieticians actively engaged in diabetes management.
Objective: To promote interprofessional collaboration and appreciation for the skills we bring to the team as we work together for our patients with diabetes. Providing some deliberate networking time will allow us to share ideas, philosophies of care, and troubleshoot barriers. Sharing in the same continuing education program will allow us to realize that we share a professional knowledge base and common interests. Register early, space is limited.
