MPhA has strategically aligned our major 2015 educational events into an action-packed conference bringing together our industry professionals and leaders! The 2015 Annual Conference will include the Medication Therapy Management (MTM) Symposium, Technician Conference, Pharmacy Business Growth & Owner's Track and the Annual Meeting. Educational offerings are designed to provide participants with the latest information to keep abreast of treatment guideline advances, practice innovations and strategies for responding to challenges and opportunities affecting pharmacy practice. Registration

The exhibit booth registration fee includes registration for one representative who is welcome to attend all meals and social events. We welcome representatives in addition to the one included with the exhibit booth fee. If you plan to have more one representative participate, please note the fee is $150 per representative. Our top-level sponsorships include two company reps.

Exhibit Space Details

Exhibit booths will be located in the RiverCentre Ballroom during the 2015 MPhA Annual Conference to provide maximum exposure to attendee traffic during the event. Booths are 8’x10’ and each space will include an 8ft table and chair.

Assignment of Space

Exhibitor MapThe exhibit application form must be completed with payment to confirm a booth space. MPhA will make final booth assignments based on sponsorship levels, requested booths and registration date.

Exhibit placement for Saturday will be determined based on the number of exhibitors electing to display, sponsorship level, and registration date.

Cancellation Policy: All Sponsor/Exhibitor cancellations received by August 7, 2015 will receive a full refund minus a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations received after August 7, 2015 will not receive a refund.

Any person who attends the MPhA Conference grants permission to MPhA to record his or her visual/audio images, including but not limited to photographs, digital images, voices, sound or video recordings, audio clips, or accompanying written descriptions, and for MPhA to use his or her name and such recorded material without notification for any purpose, including advertisements for future programs and events.
