Attendee CancellationWith written cancellation notice, received no later than September 5, 2025, you will receive a full refund, less a $50 administrative charge. Cancellations received after September 5, 2025 will not receive a refund. No-shows will not receive a refund. By registering for this event, I agree to MPhA’s Commercial Support agreement. Any person who attends the MPhA Conference grants permission to MPhA to record their visual/audio images, including but not limited to photographs, digital images, voice, sound or video recordings, audio clips, or accompanying written descriptions, and for MPhA to use his or her name and such recorded material without notification for any purpose, including advertisements for future programs and events.
Conference Modification or Cancellation
MPhA reserves the right to modify the course’s schedule or program as necessary without notice. MPhA also reserves the right to cancel this Event, in which case a full refund of the registration fee will be provided. We are unable to refund any travel costs (flight, hotel, etc.) in the case of MPhA cancellation.
