Accreditation
 The Minnesota Pharmacists Association is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) as a provider of continuing education. Successful completion of this knowledge-based program qualifies for a maximum of 5.5 contact hours for Pharmacists and 5.5 contact hours for technicians. Participants must complete a program evaluation which will be emailed after the conference in order to receive credit. No credit will be given without the completion of this evaluation.
To Earn CE Credit: Statements of Credit will not be issued; instead the MPhA will upload your NABP CE profile electronically through the NABP CPE Monitor System within 60 days from the event. In order to upload the CE, you will need to provide MPhA your NABP e-profile ID and birthdate MMDD. Please contact Cheryl Ekegren-Kirby at ekeg0005@umn.edu with questions regarding your CE credits as these are awarded through the University of Minnesota and not directly through MPhA.
Attendee CancellationWith written cancellation notice, received no later than September 13, 2024, you will receive a full refund, less a $50 administrative charge. Cancellations received after September 13, 2024 will not receive a refund. No-shows will not receive a refund.
Commercial Support Agreement
By registering for this event, I agree to MPhA’s Commercial Support agreement. Any person who attends the MPhA Conference grants permission to MPhA to record their visual/audio images, including but not limited to photographs, digital images, voice, sound or video recordings, audio clips, or accompanying written descriptions, and for MPhA to use his or her name and such recorded material without notification for any purpose, including advertisements for future programs and events.
Conference Modification or Cancellation
MPhA reserves the right to modify the course’s schedule or program as necessary without notice. MPhA also reserves the right to cancel this Event, in which case a full refund of the registration fee will be provided. We are unable to refund any travel costs (flight, hotel, etc.) in the case of MPhA cancellation.
