On Wednesday, May 3, MPhA and the East Central MN Pharmacy Group will host an MPhA Meet Up at the Braham Event Center. Connect with those in the pharmacy community for an evening of dinner, a presentation, and an MPhA update. 

The evening's presentation will be "Providing Higher-Value Care for Your Cardiometabolic Population” presented by Shawn Hansen, PharmD. Shawn Hansen is a Medical Account Director in the Managed Markets Division at Novo Nordisk, with a focus on communicating the science of cardiometabolic disease (ASCVD, diabetes, obesity) to payers and employers in the Midwest. Prior to joining Novo Nordisk Medical Affairs in 2010, he enjoyed a 16 year tenure as a clinical pharmacy specialist in cardiovascular medicine in the hospital setting.

Following the presentation there will be an update on MPhA.
