During this presentation, we will discuss strategies for how to advocate for salaries, benefits, and other professional requests.  There will also be information regarding how to contract with other entities to achieve the best success.

1. Discuss strategies and techniques to advocate for yourself when it comes to professional benefits.
2. Contrast contracting options to achieve success.
3. Apply the skills discussed in this session to your professional life.
